- How can I return a product.?
Helen offers a guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. Call us in order to arrange the exchange of the product. Once the availability of the product is confirmed we shall ship out the new product. At the same time you must pack carefully the product to be returned and deliver it to the courier who will bring you the new one. The exchange takes place only if the courier receives the first package. The cost of this service is 3 € for Greece and 15€ for Cyprus. Easy and comfortable from your home to make the exchange.
